UDHAMPUR, Oct 13: In a major action under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, Udhampur Police has attached moveable property worth approximately ?12.75 lakhs belonging to drug peddler Rahul Sharma S/O Yog Raj R/O Village Kidmoo, Ramnagar, under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act.
The attached/seized property includes:
Two Cars valued approximately Rs 12,75,000/-
The attachment order was issued by the investigating officer as part of ongoing proceedings under the NDPS Act. Udhampur Police reiterates its firm commitment towards eradicating the drug menace from society and will continue to take strict action against offenders under the law. |
