| Rajouri police arrest 3 drug peddlers | | |

RAJOURI, Oct 14: A police team of Police Station Sunderbani led by SHO Sunderbani established a naka near Forest Check Post Sunderbani. During routine vehicular checking a Renault Triber car bearing registration number JK11H-6043 was intercepted.
During search police recovered 6.14 grams of heroin like narcotic substance from the possession of the occupants. They were identified as:
Mohd Sayeed S/O Mohd Bashir R/O Dudasan Bala Rajouri
Parveen Akhter W/O Mohd Sayeed R/O Dudasan Bala Rajouri
Noreen Kouser W/O Mohd Naveed R/O Dudasan Bala Rajouri
In this regard a case FIR No. 68/2025 under relevant sections of the NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Sunderbani. All the accused persons have been arrested and the vehicle used in commission of the offence has been seized. Further investigation into the case is in progress. |
