Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 16: Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), in collaboration with Unique International Public School, organized an inspiring Painting Competition on the theme *"Corruption and Fuel Conservation."* The event aimed to promote awareness among students about ethical values, honesty and the importance of conserving natural resources.
