JAMMU, Oct 16: The Government Railway Police (GRP), Jammu has presented final report in case FIR No. 38/2025 under sections 305/238/317(2) BNS, registered at Police Station GRP Jammu, before the Hon'ble Railway Court Jammu on 14.10.2025.
The challan has been filed against two accused persons Aijaz Ahmad Malik, son of Gh. Ahmad Malik, resident of Nowgam, Tehsil Damhal Hanjipura, District Kulgam, and Imtiyaz Ahmad Malyar, son of Ab. Gani Malyar, resident of Bah, Tehsil Damhal Hanjipura, District Kulgam in connection with recovery of stolen property and purchase of stolen laptop computer along with its accessories worth Rs. 1,20,000 purchased at throw away price.
It is pertinent to mention here that accused Aijaz Ahmad Malik is also wanted in case FIR No. 19/2010, 37/2025 and 28/2025 at Police Station GRP Jammu for offences of snatching and theft.
A warrant u/s 512 CRPC in case FIR No 79/2001 of police station D.H Pora u/s 08/20 NDPS Act is also pending against the accused Aijaz Ahmad Malik. |
