Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 16: Divisional Commissioner Jammu Ramesh Kumar, who is also chairman of Jammu Smart City Limited, today chaired a meeting of the Board of Directors in his office at Bahu Plaza. The meeting was attended by Inspector General of Police, Bhim Sen Tuti; Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Vice Chairman JDA, Chief Executive Officer JSCL, Chief Engineer PWD, Chief Engineer PDD, officials from JMC and other concerned departments. A list of agenda items was presented for approval, ratification and information of the Board. The matters discussed pertained to re-purposing of Special Purpose Vehicles of the JSCL, exploring avenues for generation and sharing of revenue for sustenance and maintenance of different projects completed under the smart city mission. The Divisional Commissioner directed the CEO Smart City limited to explore hosting of data and cloud services on its Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) and send the proposal of services offered to different government departments. Detailed discussions were held on monetization of IT assets, finalization of revenue sharing for long term sustenance of ICCC and ITMS and taking preventive and corrective measures to provide protection against the cyber attacks. The meeting also reviewed the progress of development of the Right Bank of Tawi River Front Project, Construction of Waste to wonder Park at Bhagwati Nagar, Second Phase of Oceanarium at Bahu Fort, besides other works. |
