Early Times Report JAMMU, Oct 18: Rekha Mahajan, Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, inaugurated the Diwali Evening Fest "UJJAS 2025" at RM Public School, Jammu, emphasizing the importance of cultural pride and supporting local products. The event, held in collaboration with sister institutions - Shiksha Niketan Jeevan Nagar, Shiksha Niketan Gandhi Nagar, and Pushp Vatika Jeevan Nagar - brought together students and teachers to celebrate the festival of lights and the auspicious occasion of Dhanteras. The celebration was also graced by Namarta Sharma, former Congress Mahila President, and Sanjay Bhau, NC leader. She urged the students, "While enjoying the festivities, children should embrace Made-in-India toys and products. Supporting local craftsmanship not only strengthens our economy but also helps preserve our cultural heritage.
