Govt High School Deeli celebrates Diwali with Grandeur, Joy 10/18/2025 10:18:38 PM Early Times Report Deeli Channi, Oct 18: GHS DEELI hosted a vibrant and joyous Diwali celebration bringing students,staff and parents together to celebrate the festival of Diwali with great enthusiasm and cultural fervour. The event began with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony, symbolising the victory of light over darkness and good over evil.The Revered HM Mr. Vijay pal Gupta ji inaugurated the function and extended Diwali greetings to everyone present. The celebration featured a colourful cultural programme on significance of Diwali like folk song and dances. HM Sir Mr. Vijay pal in his address emphasised the Diwali as a time for reflection, gratitude and unity. He also reminded students to celebrate Diwali in eco-friendly manner.
