| Jan takes stock of development works in Poonch | | | Early Times Report
Poonch, May 13- Aiajz Ahmed Jan Member Legislative Assembly Poonch today conducted tour of Poonch city and took stock of various developmental works going on in the area and assured the people that the issues of urgent public importance will be taken up with the government for the early redressal.
Besides taking stock of various developmental works, he visited the Poonch Sports Stadium and took stock of the on-going work of the Stadium. He also visited Sothri area of the district and took stock of the facilities available in the Dispensary. He impressed upon the district administration to provide all necessary basic facilities to the dispensary, so that the people do not face any difficulties.
He expressed satisfaction over the pace of on-going works and hoped that various works which have been taken up will be completed in the set time frame.
During his tour, Aijaz Jan held meetings with the inhabitants of the areas and met various deputations, who apprised him about various problems being faced by the people of the area.
Taking note of the issues raised by them, the MLA assured them that he will take up these issues of urgent public importance with the concerned authorities and will ensure their immediate redressal.
