RAJOURI, Oct 22: Rajouri Police paid solemn homage to the brave martyrs who made the supreme sacrifice in the line of duty. A commemoration ceremony was held at District Police Lines Rajouri to mark Martyrs Commemoration Day.
During the ceremony Tejinder Singh, IPS DIGP Rajouri-Poonch Range took the salute and laid a wreath in memory of the martyrs. The event was attended by Abhishek Sharma, IAS DC Rajouri, Gaurav Sikarwar, IPS SSP Rajouri, families of martyrs, members of civil society and police personnel.
The solemn event served as a poignant reminder of the selfless service and supreme sacrifices made by the brave men and women in uniform. On this occasion Rajouri Police reaffirmed its unwavering commitment to uphold the ideals of courage duty and sacrifice in the service of the nation. |
