| DDC inaugurates Donli-Punyala Village Road in Doda | | |  Early Times Report
DODA, Oct 24: District Development Commissioner (DDC), Harvinder Singh today inaugurated the newly constructed Donli to Punyala Village Road in Tehsil Mohalla of Doda District. The inauguration ceremony marked a significant milestone in improving rural connectivity and infrastructure development in the region. The event was attended by DDC Member Gundana Asim Hashmi; Tehsildar Mohalla; functionaries from PWD (R&B), PMGSY and other officials from the district administration. DDC Harvinder Singh emphasized that the construction of the Donli-Punyala Road will greatly enhance connectivity, accessibility and overall development of the adjoining villages. He informed that the road project was proposed under NABARD and the DDC grant, ensuring adequate funding and efficient implementation. During his interaction with locals, several delegations from nearby villages put forth demands for the construction and improvement of the link roads in their respective areas. The DDC gave a patient hearing and assured that the public demand for roads would be duly considered and prioritized under the relevant schemes to ensure balanced development across all villages. |
