RAMBAN, Oct 27: A pipping ceremony was held today at the District Police Office Ramban to honor and officially induct newly promoted ASI,HCs and SgCts of the Jammu and Kashmir Police. The ceremony marked a significant milestone in the professional journeys of the officers. Senior Superintendent of Police Ramban, Arun Gupta -JKPS presided over the event and personally decorated the promotees with their new ranks. Addl.SP Ramban,DySP Headquarters Ramban and other officers were also present in the ceremony, who congratulated and extended best wishes to the newly promoted officers.
In his address, SSP Ramban highlighted the enhanced responsibility and accountability that comes with promotion. He urged the officers and Jawans to serve with utmost dedication, uphold professionalism, and adopt a public-centric approach in all their duties. He emphasized that integrity and commitment should remain the cornerstones of effective policing.He also exhorted them to take good care of their health.
