Srinagar, September 23: Three security personnel were injured when militants detonated an improvised explosive
device in Baramulla district today, officials said.
The IED tied by militants with a cable amplifier at Novhamam-Sopore, 55 kms from here, went off around 1 pm injuring three jawans of the Border Security Force, they said.
The security forces launched a combing operation to nab the militants. No militant outfit claimed responsibility for the act so far.
