Darbhanga/ Muzaffarpur/ Saran/ Patna, Nov 3: In a day packed with rallies across Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur, Saran, and Patna, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath intensified the NDA’s Bihar campaign with fierce attacks on the opposition, accusing the Congress–RJD alliance of pushing the state into crime, caste violence, and chaos. Calling the INDI alliance “the three monkeys — Pappu, Tappu, and Appu,” Yogi said, “Pappu cannot speak the truth, Tappu cannot see the truth, and Appu cannot hear it. They can neither see Modi ji’s development work nor sense the nation’s progress.” He said the holy land of Mithila, the soul of Mata Janaki, is sending a message to all those opposing Ram that the “dawn of Ram Rajya is about to rise in Bihar.” Recalling Congress’s affidavit in the Supreme Court denying the existence of Lord Ram, Yogi accused the opposition of insulting Hindu faith. “The same Congress, RJD, and Samajwadi Party that fired on Ram bhakts in Ayodhya now talk of faith and development,” he said. “Those who oppose Ram and Janaki are enemies of India, enemies of Mithila, and enemies of all of us.” Highlighting Prime Minister Modi’s initiatives, the Chief Minister said Mithila’s Makhana industry has gained international recognition with a National Board, while the lac bangle trade has found a new identity. “Road, rail, air, and waterways are connecting every corner of Bihar. The Haldia–Ayodhya inland waterway is the real Ganga of development,” he said. Attacking the RJD’s record, Yogi reminded the crowd that “between 1992 and 2005, Bihar was known for massacres, kidnappings, and lawlessness. More than 60 caste massacres and 30,000 kidnappings took place. Traders were unsafe, daughters were afraid to step out, and youth were forced to migrate. That was RJD’s Bihar.” He said under Nitish Kumar’s leadership, the countdown for mafias began, while Prime Minister Modi accelerated development and honoured Bihar’s heritage. “Now, the same people responsible for Bihar’s ruin have returned to deceive again,” he warned. Drawing from history, Yogi reminded people that “whenever democracy was attacked, Bihar raised its voice. Under Loknayak Jayaprakash Narayan Ji’s leadership, Bihar’s youth uprooted Congress’s dictatorship.” He contrasted the NDA’s governance with RJD’s neglect, noting that “those who do politics in JP’s name couldn’t even build a hospital for his wife. We built a 100-bed hospital in Sitab Diara in her name. That’s the difference between those who honour legacies and those who forget them.” Emphasizing cultural unity, Yogi said, “The bond between Bihar and Uttar Pradesh is not new — it’s a Roti-Beti relationship since Treta Yuga. When UP progresses, Bihar also moves forward.” The Chief Minister added that the NDA government is empowering Bihar with projects like metro rail, airports, inland waterways, NIT, IIM, AIIMS, and smart cities. “Now Bihar is moving toward becoming a semiconductor hub — this is the new Bihar India is proud of,” he said. Taking aim at Maoists and CPI-ML, Yogi asserted, “By 2026, Naxalism will be wiped out from India. In Bihar too, CPI-ML must not be allowed to rise again — they spread anarchy and protect mafias.” |
