| Official held for take RBA certificate | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar: Police on Thursday claimed to have busted a fake RBA certificate racket in Ramban district of Jammu region.
Police sources told that acting on specific information about fake certificates issued to people from the Revenue department in Ramban district, an investigation was started and later Zulfikar Ahmed of Gool Gulabgarah, an official of the revenue department was arrested.
Sources said that the Official issued three Rural Backward Area certificates to Mahveer Sing son of Krishan Singh, Amreek Singh son of Chain Singh and Bikram Singh son of Bharat Singh.
Station House Officer, Ramban while confirming the arrest told that investigations into the case were going on from the last five days. He said that a case has been registered under FIR no. 61/09 under section 420,468 RPC and detailed investigations are on.
