PCC demands compensation for Ramgarh fire victims

JAMMU, MAY 15: Pradesh Congress Committee Vice President Th. Hari Singh has urged upon the state government to provide compensation to the fire victims whose shops have been damaged in a fire incident which broke out in a Ramgarh market, yesterday.
In a statement Singh said that the fire broke out due to short circuit and within no time it engulfed general store and goods worth lakhs of rupees were gutted before the reaching of fire-brigade from Samba. He also demanded that a fire-service station should be installed immediately at Ramgarh so that this border belt get the immediate service during the fire incidents.
Prominent among those who were accompanied included Amar Nath Bhatti, Dr. Buti Ram, Joginder Singh, Saravjit Singh, S. Suchet Singh, Ch. Rashpal, Ajit Singh, Anil Jamwal and B.S Choudhary.
