MLA Arvind Gupta starts blacktopping work in Ward No. 27

JAMMU, Nov 11: Continuing his commitment to improving road infrastructure, Arvind Gupta, MLA Jammu West Constituency, today inaugurated the blacktopping work in Ward No. 27. The development work marks another step towards upgrading connectivity and easing commute for local residents.
He was accompanied by senior BJP leader Prem Gupta, Market Association President Monu, Mandal President Kushant Prajapati, BJP leader Happy Sharma (Vice President Mandal), Indresh Gupta, Sardar Hardev Singh, and several prominent locals of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said, "Today, blacktopping work has begun in Ward No. 28 and in Om Nagar, Ward No. 32, along with Ward No. 27. Almost all areas of Jammu West Constituency are witnessing blacktopping work, ensuring better roads and smoother transport for residents."
He appreciated the cooperation of local residents and praised the administration for its prompt response and focus on maintaining high-quality standards in road construction.
"The work is progressing well with excellent support from both the administration and the people. Quality remains our top priority," he added.
Gupta further assured that the pending stretches in the constituency would soon be taken up for blacktopping, reaffirming his dedication to the development of Jammu West. "The remaining areas where road work is pending will also be started shortly. Our aim is to ensure that every ward benefits from improved road connectivity," he said.
Arvind Gupta emphasized that the blacktopping and development projects are part of a larger vision to transform Jammu West into a model constituency with improved civic facilities, better roads, and enhanced infrastructure.
Gupta also urged citizens to actively participate in keeping their surroundings clean and well-maintained.
He assured that the constituency will soon witness a visible change as multiple projects related to drainage, street lighting, and beautification are already in progress.
Local residents expressed gratitude towards the MLA for initiating the much-needed work and appreciated his proactive approach toward civic improvement.
