Early Times Report DODA, Nov 12: With a view to sharpening the professional skills of officers and officials, and to further enhance coordination between District Police and CAPF in field operations, Doda Police has commenced a one-week joint capsule course on Law and Order Management and Riot Drill at District Police Lines (DPL) Doda. The training programme has been organized under the directions of SSP Doda, Shri Sandeep Mehta, JKPS. The course is being convened by DySP DAR Doda, who addressed the officers and jawans of District Police, CRPF, and Armed Police during the inaugural session. While addressing the participants, DySP DAR Doda advised them to make the most of this training opportunity and gain practical knowledge to enhance inter-force coordination in handling law and order situations effectively. He further emphasized the importance of maintaining high professional standards and fostering mutual cooperation between District Police, CRPF, and Armed Police, particularly in dealing with challenges related to law and order, public unrest, and militancy. The participating officers and jawans were directed to remain fully geared up and motivated. They were also urged to organize such joint training programmes on a regular basis to ensure operational readiness for any law and order exigency.
