JAMMU, Nov 14: Kalyani Singh, a student of class 11th, and Harshit Nanda of class 8th of Vishwa Bharati Higher Secondary School, Jammu, have brought laurels for the school and their parents by securing two gold and five bronze medals in the prestigious Inter District and JK UT Roller Skating Sports Championship 2025-26.
The competition was organized by District Youth Service Sports from 29th to 31st October 2025 in collaboration with the J&K Roller Skating Sports Association Jammu. Athlete Harshit Nanda of class 8th participated in the 5 km marathon race organized by BSF Paloura on 9th of November 2025 and won marathon medals.
Kalyani Singh competed in the under-19 age- group category and showcased exceptional skill and determination, earning accolades in a competition.
The esteemed management of Vishwa Bharati School, President Dr. S.K. Koul , School Principal Annapurna Koul, and staff congratulated Kalyani Singh and Harshit Nanda for their outstanding performances in the event. |
