| Teacher suffers cardiac arrest in bank | | |

A school teacher employed with Jammu and Kashmir Education Department died of cardiac failure while his visit to the bank in Mendhar of Poonch district, sources here today said.
''The deceased identified as Master Amarnath Sharma son of Nand Lal fell unconscious this morning inside the branch of J&K Bank Mendhar, when he went there to withdraw his salary,'' sources said.
He however was shifted to a hospital where doctors declared him as brought dead. Cardiac arrest was the reason behind his death, they added.
