Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 18: Bahu Constituency witnessed a strong push toward development today as Hon'ble MLA Ch. Vikram Randhawa initiated several key infrastructure projects aimed at improving essential services and enhancing public convenience. In Qasim Nagar, the MLA inaugurated the PHE pipeline work, addressing long-standing concerns related to irregular water supply. The upgraded pipeline network is expected to strengthen the water distribution system and provide more reliable services to residents. A major road initiative also moved forward in Malik Market, where the PWD Department officially started the blacktopping work. This much-awaited project will significantly improve road quality, enhance connectivity, and ease day-to-day commuting. Locals welcomed the start of this work, considering it a major relief after years of demand. Furthermore, the tile work on the main road of Ward No. 3 and 4 in Govindpura Chatha has been fully completed under the PWD Department. With this long-pending demand finally fulfilled, residents now have smoother movement, improved accessibility, and better overall infrastructure in their locality. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Vikram Randhawa said that the development of Bahu Constituency is not just a promise but a continuous mission.
