vijaypur, Nov 19: Government Degree College, Vijaypur successfully conducted the Welcome and Introductory Session of Mission YUVA & Udyam Jagriti 4.0, an initiative aimed at empowering youth through skill development, entrepreneurship awareness, and career-oriented guidance. The programme was held under the able guidance of Dr. Ashu Vashisht, Principal, GDC Vijaypur.
The event was efficiently coordinated by Nodal Officer, Dr. Manoj Heer, Assistant professor, Department of Dogri. The event highlighted the importance of enhancing youth leadership, developing entrepreneurial skills, and encouraging students to explore new opportunities for self-growth and self-employment.
He further explained that Mission YUVA & Udyam Jagriti 4.0 focuses on:
• Enhancing entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities
• Providing students with career guidance and skill-based training
• Promoting self-employment opportunities under various government schemes
• Building confidence and preparing youth to become future-ready citizens
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Prof. Manoj Heer, Assistant professor, Department of Dogri.
