| MAM College organise awareness prograrmme | | |

Jammu, Nov 20: Govt. Maulana Azad Memorial College, Jammu organised an awareness program on 20th November 2025 in Recreational Hall of the College under the patronage and initiative of Prof. Archana Kaul, Principal of the College. Directorate Colleges has launched SIGMA, a student Integrated Grievance and Messaging Application service.
The aim of this interaction was to make students aware regarding this Grievance and Messaging mechanism.
The program began with a welcome address by Dr. Seema Sudan, HOD Hindi Department and Convenor of the committee.
The special feature of the program included an informative lecture pertaining to the topic of SIGMA by Prof. Shivali Gupta HOD Sociology where the students were made aware about filling the Google form forwarded in their mentor mentee group for their working email id’s. and emphasis was made to students to register their email id as it is mandatory.
An interactive session was interspersed with in the program where Dr. Rajinder Kumar, HOD Psychology, Dr. Atiya Noor from department of English made the students discuss and deliberate their issues. Committee members Dr. Kawaljit Kour and Prof. Menaka Rajput were also present at the program.
The program was a great success with an impressive student participation. |
