Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 20: Jammu (Rural) Police have successfully solved a theft case reported from Baglamukhi Mandir in a swift and professional manner. The case came to light after temple Pujari Keshav Verma reported the theft of gold ornaments, silver ornaments, and cash by an unknown woman. Following the complaint, FIR No.242/2025 was registered at Police Station Domana. During the investigation, police team headed by SHO Domana, Insp. Varuneshwar Singh assisted by PSI Amit Roshan meticulously analyzed CCTV footage and acted on reliable inputs to identify the suspect. The accused was traced and arrested. She has been identified as Rashmi Rattan,Resident of Nitco Lane, Talab Tillo, Jammu. Stolen items, including gold ornaments, silver ornaments, and cash, were recovered from her possession. The swift and effective action by Jammu (Rural) Police reflects their strong commitment to safeguarding religious institutions and maintaining public trust. Further investigation is ongoing. |
