JAMMU, Nov 20: In a resolute effort to enforce justice, Jammu District Police have successfully apprehended a fugitive, Saif Ali, S/o Alam Din R/o Kool Kalan Arnia, Jammu, who had been evading capture for over six months. The suspect was wanted in connection with a case registered under FIR No. 12/2018, facing charges under Sections 278/337/338 RPC at Police Station Arnia.
A specialized team from Police Station Arnia, led by the Station House Officer ,Inspector Dilawar Kumar and acting on a non-bailable warrant issued under Section 512 of the CrPC by the JMIC BISHNAH, Jammu, meticulously tracked and arrested the accused, who had been at large since the crime.
