SBP group launched unique and India's first integrated sports life Residential project -OLYMPIA in Zirakpur (Mohali)
11/22/2025 10:28:21 PM
NEW DELHI, Nov 22: SBP Group announces Olympia, an integrated residential community in Sector 5, Zirakpur, offering refreshing Himalayan mountain views and redefining how India approaches active living, family-centred lifestyles and purposeful ageing. The project blends two powerful pillars-sports-led modern residences and a thoughtfully designed senior living community-creating a unique, future-ready environment where all generations thrive together.
Envisioned as one of India's most forward-looking residential concepts, Olympia - Sports Life Residences merges international-grade sports infrastructure with homes designed to elevate the quality of daily life. Fitness, wellness and movement form the core of the project's planning philosophy.
Leading this vision, Mr. Aman Singla, Chairman, SBP Group, emphasised the transformative role of sports in community development. "Women's sports matter. Our communities must enable every girl and every woman to step onto the field with confidence," he said. Reinforcing a broader national ambition, he added: "Har ghar se ek Sania aur ek Harmanpreet nikalni chahiye."
His belief in accessible, safe and world-class sporting spaces led SBP Group to collaborate with architects behind some of India's finest stadiums, ensuring Olympia is built with precision, purpose and international standards.
Explaining the design philosophy and larger demographic insight behind the project, Mr. Ranjan Tarafdar, Group COO & Lead - Product Design, shared:
"We are bringing international-grade sports infrastructure within everyone's reach. At Olympia, every space tells a story, and every square inch is crafted to inspire joy through thoughtful, creative planning."
Speaking about the integrated senior living component, he added:
"India is experiencing a historic demographic shift. Nearly 140-150 million Indians-10.4% of the population-are now above the age of 60.
