JAMMU, Nov 22: Convenor U.T. sports cell, General Secretary J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and Technical Director Asian Kabaddi Federation Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta extended heartfelt Congratulations and best wishes to Prof. Kulbhushan Mohtra on being reappointed for a fourth Consecutive term as the state head of J&K BJP library and Documentation department. Dr. Gupta said that Prof. Mohtra has earned this honour through his outstanding literary Contributions, dedication and Continuous Commitment to the organization.
Dr. Gupta said that Prof. Kulbhushan Mohtra has the distinction of authoring several books and in recognition of his literary Contributions, he has also been nominated for a state award. His literary journey is not only vast but also inspiring, playing an important role in strengthening the intellectual and ideological foundation of the Organization.
Dr. Gupta further said that Prof. Mohtra played a major and significant role in establishing the Nanaji Deshmukh library at the Headquarter in Jammu. This Library has become a key centre of knowledge, Study and intellectual discussion for researchers and the young Generation. Prof. Mohtra being entrusted with this responsibility for the 4th time, Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta said that this is proof of his efficiency, dedication, and farsightedness. The qualities required to strengthen an intellectual unit like a library are all present in Prof. Mohtra. Dr. Kuldeep Kumar Gupta expressed hope that in his 4th term, Prof. Mohtra will continue to promote innovation, research and literary enrichment, making the library an even more effective centre of knowledge and guidance.
