Early Times Report
JAMMU, Nov 22: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) today conducted an organisational review meeting in the Talab Tillo area of Jammu West constituency under the leadership of MLA Arvind Gupta, focusing on strengthening grassroots outreach and enhancing coordination among party workers.
The meeting was chaired by Sat Sharma, MP Rajya Sabha and President BJP J&K UT, and attended by key leaders including Jai Deep Sambyal, Kushant Prajapati, Jatinder Khajuria, Jatin Sethi, Deepak Kumar, Bhupesh Sharma and Kali.
Addressing the meeting, Sat Sharma emphasized the need for disciplined organisational functioning and effective communication with the public. He urged karyakartas to intensify their presence at the booth level, saying, "Our strength lies in our disciplined cadre and our ability to connect with every household. We must ensure that every citizen is aware of the transformative work undertaken by the BJP-led government."
He added that the party's commitment to development, transparency, and inclusive governance must be clearly conveyed to the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Sharma highlighted that Jammu West has seen remarkable development over the years and called upon party workers to maintain the momentum.
"From infrastructure to welfare schemes, Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has delivered on multiple fronts. It is now our responsibility to take these achievements to the grassroots and counter misinformation with facts," he said.
MLA Arvind Gupta, who led the organisational review, stressed the importance of proactive public engagement and timely redressal of local issues.
He said, "Jammu West is one of the most active constituencies, and our karyakartas have always shown exemplary dedication. We must continue working closely with the people, listening to their concerns, and ensuring that government benefits reach every eligible household."
Calling for unity and coordinated efforts, Gupta further stated, "The strength of our organisation lies in teamwork. Each ward, each booth must function with renewed energy so that we remain the strongest political force in the region." He also appreciated the contributions of senior leaders and praised the commitment of ground-level workers who, he said, form the backbone of the party.
