JAMMU, MAY 17: Residents of Amar colony of camp road, Talab Tillo in a meeting chaired by Badrinath Bhat framed a new executive body of 15 members with Kumar ji Raina as its president.
The other members of the boday are B.L Nathoo, as vice president, Ravinder Pandita as General Secretary, Ravinder Ganjoo as organizing secretary, cashier C.L Bhan Hari Krishan Raina, press and publicity secretary Badrinath Bhat, T.K Bhat, Verji Sahib ji, Ramesh Pandita, Autar Krishan Thota, Dileep Kachroo, C.L Trakroo, Madan Lal Langoo, Ramesh Trakroo and J.K Ganhar.
Dy. Mayor, Jammu Municipal Corporation, Dharamvir Singh Jamwal who was the chief guest on the occasion gave assurance that left over works which include to cover the lane no. 2 with coal tar will be taken up at an earliest. Residents also put forth various demands for development of the colony before the Dy. Mayor including street lights. The tenure of the body is for two years.
