Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 26: To celebrate the Constitution Day of India & to aware the masses & promote the traditional culture of J&K, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan presented cultural program to raise awareness in close coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production at Music Institution Hall, Durga Bhawan Janipur, Jammu to commemorate the adoption of the Indian Constitution, a milestone that shaped the democratic framework of the nation. The Program was inaugurated by the chief guest V.K. Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity, Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India. Among the Guest of Honors present were Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director , Health Department J&K Government & R.P. Amla, Mukesh Singh , Media Person assisted the concert. The Programme commenced with National Anthem "Jan Gan Man" , "GANTANTAR HUMARA KIRTIMAN" and "Vande Matram" and "Ao Manae Azadi Ka Amrit Mohatsav". The chief guest highlighted the celebration of the day Fundamental Rights, Directive Principles and Fundamental Duties of India, Various departments of the Government of India celebrates Constitution day and in addition, there were quiz and essay competitions both online and offline on the subject of the constitution of India. Further, He touched upon the importance of strengthening democracy by exercising the right to vote, and suggested that schools and colleges celebrate Constitution Day by honouring first-time voters turning 18. The patriotic items presented by the artistes with items like "Ham Sab Ek Hain" "Suno- Suno Bharat Vasio" , "Uncha Rahe Tiranga" were the special features of the program . The Songs on the patriotic theme written produced and Directed by Dr. Dogra were also presented and uploaded online on Social Media for benefit of the people. In addition to the above, artists also presented programe on 'Drug Demand reduction' and presented nukkad natak -Ao Ao Khel Dikhaye Nukad chup nhi rehta, nai piyan tambaco balma. |
