VIJAYPUR, Nov 26: Police Technical Training Institute (PTTI) Vijaypur observed Constitution Day (Samvidhan Divas) today with fervour and gaiety. Principal PTTI Vijaypur, Ranjit Singh Sambyal-IPS, led a preamble reading ceremony for the staff and trainees of the Institution. Principal highlighted the historical significance of the day, recalling that Constitution Day also known as Samvidhan Day is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to mark adoption of the Constitution in 1949. He emphasized that upholding the Constitution in letter & spirit is the foremost duty of every police personnel.` Among others, the event was attended by Vice Principal Pawan Kumar Sharma-JKPS,(SP), Davinder Gupta-DySP(Indoor), Khushwant Singh-DySP(Outdoor/Admn) and SrPO Asif Iqbal of the Institution. |
