JAMMU, Nov 26: Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ) Jammu observed Constitution Day with a solemn pledge ceremony held to honour the adoption of the Indian Constitution and renew the collective commitment of the force to its core values and principles.
The observance was led by Sh. Shamsheer Hussain, JKPS, SO to IGP Jammu, who administered the Pledge to all officers and officials present. The active participation of the staff reflected their strong sense of responsibility and dedication to upholding the foundational ideals of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity that define the spirit of the Constitution.
During the ceremony, the Sh. Shamsheer Hussain underscored the enduring relevance of Constitution Day in reinforcing democratic ideals. He highlighted the duty of every police officer to serve the public with fairness, transparency, and respect for the rule of law. |
