UDHAMPUR, Nov 26: Police team of PP Battal Ballian led by its ICPP while performing patrolling duty at the Industrial area, intercepted Shailender Kumar S/O Kaku Ram, R/O Near Flour Mill Nagrota, Rathian Tehsil & District Udhampur who was moving suspiciously on a motorcycle bearing registration number JK14C-8870. During his personal search, the police team recovered 3.49 grams of heroin from his possession.
Accordingly, FIR No. 405/2025 U/S 8/21/22 NDPS Act stands registered at Police Station Udhampur. Further investigation is in progress.
With this arrest, the total number of drug Peddlers arrested by Udhampur Police this year has reached 172 |
