EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, MAY 17: The state president of the NCP congratulating the UPA chairperson and president Congress party, Sonia Gandhi on winning the maximum seats for the parliament said that Indian voters has shown maturity by rejecting the communal forces in the country. Addressing the party workers he said, people stood with UPA which is in a position to form a secular and stable government in the country without any support. Workers on the occasion passed a resolution congratulating Sharad Pawar on winning good number of seats. He also greated daughter of Pawar who also won from Baramati. NCP also congratulated Congress-NC alliance in J&K which was supported by the party and its cadres throughout the state and have not put up NCP candidates to not divide secular votes. NCP congratulated the winning candidates of the J&K Cong-NC alliance Farooq Abdullah, Madan Lal Sharma, Lal Singh, Mehboob Beg and Sharief-u-din-Shariq.
