| Congress worker hail victory in Lok Sabha elections | | | Early Times Report
Jammu: President District Congress Committee (DCC) Om Chopra while hailing the victory the elections said, that the congress party in feature must fight all elections on its own party. He said the recent victory of congress party in Lok Sabha elections shows people of the country re-posed total faith in the policies of congress party. Which include economic development and strengthing of Secularism.
Addressing the workers, Chopra said that only these persons be riven birth in the cabinet who have clean image.
Prominent among others present in the meeting include D.S. Langeh, Kirtan Singh, Inder Sehgal, Mansa Ram, Ved Bhagat, K.L. Gupta, Jagan Nath, MIan Nazier Ahmed, Suresh Bargotra, B.B. Gupta, Husain Bakash, Vijay Sethi, Nek Mohd, B.L. Chowdhar, Camres David.
Mean while District Congress Committee Ramban also celebrated election victory by organizing a massive rally at Batote under the Presidentship of Bharat Gandhi, EX-MLA. Ashok Dogra-MLA Ramban, Block President Batote Babu Bhagat Singh, Working President Chuni Lal and a large number of party workers participated.
As other function was held at Bakshi Nagar under the chairmanship of Anil Chopra Secretary PCC. A large member of party workers gathered and celebrated the election victory of UPA. Sweets were distributed amidst slogans and dance. Speaking on the occasion Chopra congratulated Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Rahul Gandhi for this land slide victory.
