Jammu, Dec 6: The shining world reminds us that even a tiny spark can change the world. It inspires us to illuminate not only the world around us, but also the world within. It teaches us that Knowledge is the brightest form of light.
The shining world is not just a theme it is celebration of illumination.
Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu organised its spectacular Annual Event titled The Shining World”, which was dedicated by Pry wing (1 to 5) by celebrating the brilliance of human potential, cultural vibrancy, and global harmony. The event showcased the school’s commitment to holistic education and continued efforts to nurture confident, creative, and compassionate learners.
Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu was thrilled for its cultural extravaganza "Jubilant and Progressive, Jammu", showcasing the vibrant aspects for making the world shine.
The grand event commenced with a warm and gracious welcome extended to our chief guest, guests of honour, special invitees, participants and parents.
Mahima Madan (IAS) CEO, JAKEGA was the Chief guest, Pallavi Mishra (IAS) SDM, Marh and Archana Mishra (Educationist), W/o LG P.K Mishra , GOC White Knight Corps) were the guests of honour, Raman Gupta (Managing Director of Krishna group of companies and Pans and Pots), Rajesh Rathore ( Principal JK public School) and Col. Sumit were the special invitees.
The evening commenced with the auspicious lighting of the lamp, symbolizing the theme “the world illuminated with knowledge, values, and unity.” The Chief Guest, Guests of honours, Special invitees, distinguished dignitaries, management members, parents, and well-wishers graced the occasion with their presence, making the celebration even more meaningful.
The celebration commenced with a warm welcome by Vikrant (special child) and Komal (Asst. Coordinator Sr. Pry wing) to all the esteemed guests, followed by the traditional Sapling presentation. The event moved ahead with Lamp lighting ceremony.
The programme unfolded with a series of enthralling performances by the students. Each act beautifully reflected the idea of a world glowing with wisdom, peace, and collective progress. Dance dramas, musical renditions, skits, and visual presentations highlighted pressing global concerns such as environmental conservation, cultural harmony, technological advancement, human empathy and patriotism.
A major highlight of the event was the thematic presentation illustrating how young minds can contribute to making the world brighter through kindness, innovation, and responsible choices. The audience applauded the confidence, creativity, and disciplined efforts of the students, acknowledging the hard work of teachers and mentors behind the scenes.
Speaking on the occasion, Rohini Aima (Principal cum Vice- Chairperson) expressed immense pride in the students’ performance and reiterated the school’s vision of empowering learners with values that help them shine in an ever-evolving world. She added that the theme inspires each child to be a beacon of light—spreading positivity, knowledge, and humanity.
Trishna Sharma (Coordinator Pry 1 &2) extended heartfelt welcome to the esteemed gathering.
The Annual Report of Primary wing of Jammu Sanskriti School, Jammu was presented by Pooja Sharma Wazir (Coordinator Sr. Pry Wing). She apprised how the Mission and Philosophy of school have materialised positivity in the day - to - day working of our school in the voyage of the discovery of excellence in the field of education.
Rohini Aima (Principal cum Vice-Chairperson- Jammu Sanskriti School), Mr Harpreet Singh Anand (Chairperson-Jammu Sanskriti School, Sunakshi Anand (Dir. Operations JSS, Jammu), Harleen Anand (Dir. Operations JSS, Kathua), Avneet Kour Budhraja (Vice-Principal, Tarmeet Kour Raina (Administrative officer) and other dignitaries graced the occasion by their valuable presence.
The Chief Guest appreciated the school for organizing a well-structured and meaningful annual event. She acknowledged the theme The Shining World” as a thoughtful concept that was beautifully reflected in the performances. The Chief Guest commended the students for their confidence, discipline, and creativity, and praised the teachers and management for their dedication in nurturing holistic development.
