Amritsar, Dec 10: In a significant step towards fostering a drug-free campus and community, the Red Ribbon Club of DAV College, Amritsar, organized a solemn oath-taking ceremony against drug abuse today. The event saw enthusiastic participation from student members and faculty, underscoring the institution's commitment to social responsibility and student well-being. Held at the college auditorium, the program aimed to reinforce the dangers of substance abuse and empower youth to become ambassadors for a healthy lifestyle. The club members collectively pledged to abstain from and actively discourage the use of narcotics and other intoxicants.
