Jammu, Dec 11: Tawi Welfare Society orchestrated a touching Sweater Distribution programme today, gifting 200 cozy sweaters to underprivileged students from 5 Govt. Schools, High and Primary School Suray Chak, Central School Kirpal Pur, Primary School Ram Bagh and Primary School Ganeshu Chak. Renowned Business Luminary and Social Icon, S. Gagandeep Singh, graced the event as Chief Guest. Impressed by the Society’s efforts, he lauded its volunteers for warming kids winters and pledged ongoing support.
Nand Kishor, Senior Member of Tawi Welfare Society, welcomed the Guest and thanked him for sparing his valuable time for the program. He also thanked Ma’am Zuber Noor, Zonal Education Officer, Satwari and staff of Schools for their cooperation in making this program a grand success.
The Chief Guest appreciated the Society’s arrangements and assured full support for future initiatives. Tawi Welfare Society’s initiative echoed community care spreading warmth and smiles.
