JAMMU, MAY 20 -In order to carry out urgent maintenance of 400 MVA, 220/132 KV transformer bank at Gladni station, the power supply to Mubarak Mandi, Pacca Danga, Dhounthly, Julakha Mohalla, Old Jammu areas, Residency Road, Khatika Mohalla, Gujjar Nagar, Gandhinagar, Trikutanagar, Shastrinagar, Channi Himmat, Narwal, Transport Nagar, Bathandi, Sainik Colony, Satwari, Gangyal Industrial area, Miran Sahib, R S Pura, Bishnah, Akhnoor and twin districts of Rajouri and Poonch shall remain affected on May 21, 2009 from 6 a. m to 7 a.m.
According to Chief Engineer, Elect. Maintenance & RE Wing, Jammu, the shut down is subject to fair weather conditions.
