Jammu, May 20 Maruti Suzuki India Ltd today unveiled much awaited Ritz car at an impressive function at Jamakash Vehicleades here today amidst the gathering of more than 100 guests and all staff members of the dealership.
Sudhir Mohan Sahani Area Manager Maruti Suzuki along with Col Rattan Singh General Manager Jamakash Vechileades while unveiling the Ritz informed the gathering and the media that the car is available in both petrol and Diesel engine options and comes with Euro IV & OBD-1 compliance much ahead of the regulation being enforced in the country. “The Heart of the Ritz is the brand new 1.2 litre K12M series petrol engine and the 1.3 litre DDIS diesel power plant, each offering optimum performance and fuel efficiency,” he said
Col Rattan Singh, the General Manager said that the car is meant for the family and its Five Highs are Highest Mileage, Passenger Convenience, Spacious Interiors, Driving Comfort and above all the elegant design.
Ritz is the first passenger car in India to be tested and verified for Electro Magnetic Compatibility and is ELV Complaint as well that means no use of ecologically harmful substances such as chromium, Cadmium, mercury, etc.
Sumit Malhotra, Manager Sales of Jamkash Vehicleades said that Ritz is going to capture the market because of superb fuel efficiency of 17.7 Kmpl in petrol and 21.1 kmpl in diesel variants certified as per CMVR rule 115.The price ranges from Rs. 3.95 to Rs.5.04 lakhs and is available in eight vibrant colors.
