The workshop was aimed at enabling teachers to enhance their understanding and adapt to the changes and improvements introduced under the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. The workshop focused on promoting modern assessment practices that move beyond rote learning and emphasize the evaluation of students' conceptual clarity, critical thinking, creativity, and real-life problem-solving skills. Teachers from both schools participated enthusiastically in the session. The resource person, Mr. Prabodh Sharma, an expert and Ex-Faculty of Rashtriya Military Schools, explained the concept and practical classroom implementation of competency-based assessment in an effective manner.
