Early Times Report JAMMU, Jan 16: Lakshya Bhatia, a talented student of Class IX-G at Delhi Public School Jammu, brought laurels to the school and his parents by clinching a silver medal and securing 2nd position at the 14th Countrywide Hapkido National Championship 2025-26. The championship was organized by the Delhi Hapkido Association and held at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi, from 5th to 7th January 2026. Lakshya won the medal in the 46 kg weight category (Sub-Junior). The prestigious event witnessed the participation of over 400 students from 22 states across the country. Earlier as well, Lakshya has showcased his excellence by winning medals at National, State, and Inter-District level competitions, reflecting his consistent dedication and talent in the sport. The esteemed management of DPS Jammu, under the visionary leadership of President-RCT, M.K. Ajatshatru Singh; Distinguished PVC, Kuwarani Dr. Ritu Singh; Director, S.S. Sodhi, along with the Principal, Ruchi Chabra, and the staff, congratulated Lakshya and his proud parents on this remarkable achievement. They also lauded the sincere efforts of the school coach, Suresh Kumar, for his dedicated guidance.
