JAMMU, Jan 30: On the occasion of Martyrs day on 30th of January 2026, a solemn observance of silence for two minutes at 1100 hrs was held at SDRF 2nd Battalion, Hqrs. Gandhi Nagar Jammu to pay respectful remembrance to the brave martyrs who laid down their lives for the freedom of the nation.
All Officers/Official of this battalion participated in the observance, paying heartfelt tribute to the supreme sacrifice of the martyrs.
The observance reaffirmed the commitment of the SDRF personnel to uphold the values of national service, resilience, and selfless duty, which continue to inspire the force in the discharge of its responsibilities towards disaster response and public service. |
