Early Times Report DODA, Jan 30: Martyrs' Day was solemnly observed at the District Police Office (DPO) Doda and across the district today. A two-minute silence was observed in memory of the brave souls who sacrificed their lives during the struggle for India's freedom. Police officers and officials at DPO Doda, along with personnel of all police units and establishments across the district, participated in the observance and paid heartfelt tributes to the martyrs. SSP Doda, Sandeep Mehta, JKPS, paid rich tributes to the freedom fighters and martyrs, recalling their supreme sacrifices for the nation. He urged all ranks to draw inspiration from their lives and reaffirmed the commitment of Doda Police to uphold the values of freedom, unity, integrity, and selfless service.
