Suresh Sharma inaugurates lane in panchayat Keour

Akhnoor, Feb 4: Senior BJP leader and District Development Council (DDC) member Pandit Suresh Sharma today inaugurated a newly constructed lane built at a cost of Rs 8 lakh in village Chankhadi of Panchayat Keour, Block Maira Mandrian. The lane was a long-pending demand of the local residents, which has now been fulfilled.
During his visit, Suresh Sharma toured the panchayat area and listened to public grievances. Residents apprised him of various issues faced in the region. Taking immediate cognizance, he directed the concerned departmental officers to resolve the issues at the earliest. He also reviewed the ongoing development works in the panchayat.
Addressing the gathering, Suresh Sharma stated that over the past five years, sincere efforts have been made to address public demands and ensure their fulfillment, and these efforts will continue in the future as well. He emphasized that under the leadership of the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Central Government’s welfare schemes are being implemented effectively to ensure that benefits reach the last person in society. He reiterated that no area should be deprived of basic amenities.
On the occasion, BJP leaders Ramlal Sharma, Bodhraj Sharma, Vijay Kumar Shastri, along with Som Dutt, Rattan Singh, Sanjay Singh, Sanju, concerned departmental officers, and other prominent citizens were present.
