UDHAMPUR, Feb 9: Udhampur Police arrested three absconders wanted in different cases who had been evading arrest. An absconder namely Gourav Bandral S/o Kishore Singh R/o Garnai, District Udhampur wanted in FIR No. 17/2025 U/S 82(2)/85/351(2)/49 BNS & 4 Dowry Act, was arrested after being declared absconder by the Munsiff Court, Udhampur. Another absconder Parkash Singh S/o Dharam Singh R/o Dhanunta, Tehsil Panchari, District Udhampur involved in FIR No. 94/2020 U/S 379 IPC, absconding since 2020, was arrested on a warrant U/S 299 Cr.P.C. issued by the Hon'ble Sub-Judge Udhampur.
Meanwhile Tamana Sharma D/o Nek Ram R/o Gandhi Nagar, District Jammu wanted in FIR No. 17/2025 U/S 82(2)/85/351(2)/49 BNS & 4 Dowry Act, was apprehended and produced before the Hon'ble Munsiff Court, Udhampur.
