Orientation programme on ITIP held at Govt MAM College Jammu

JAMMU, Feb 11: An Orientation Programme on the Industrial Training Internship Programme (ITIP) was successfully organized at Govt. Maulana Azad Memorial College (Govt. MAM College), Jammu under the able guidance of Prof. Archana Kaul, Principal, Govt. MAM College Jammu. The programme witnessed active participation from students associated with the Institution Innovation Council (IIC) of various constituent colleges of the Cluster University of Jammu.
The keynote session was delivered by Mr. Sahil Badyal, Robotics Trainer, PHN Technology, who introduced the students to the rapidly evolving field of the Internet of Things (IoT). He elaborated on the essential skills required in this domain and highlighted the wide range of employment and career opportunities available to students. Special emphasis was laid on a 45-day Industrial Training Internship Programme (ITIP) being offered by PHN Technology at IIT Jammu.
As the nodal college for the Institution Innovation Council of the Cluster University of Jammu, Govt. MAM College continues to organize such programmes to apprise students about emerging technologies, skill development initiatives, and internship opportunities that enhance their employability and innovative potential. The programme was efficiently coordinated by Prof. Sonam Mehta, member IIC Committee of Govt. MAM College, ensuring meaningful interaction and engagement among the participants. The event proved to be highly informative and motivating, encouraging students to explore innovation-driven career paths and industry-relevant skill development programmes.
