EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu May 26 - The Department of Strategic and Regional Studies (DSRS), University of Jammu, is organizing a public lecture on the topic “Environment, State and Security” on May 28 at the University campus here at 4 pm.
The lecture will be delivered by Prof. Rajan Gurukkal, internationally renowned social scientist and Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
Prof. B.P.S. Sehgal, Dean, Academic Affairs, University of Jammu will preside over the function.
