JAMMU, May 28: Organised by Jammu District Taekwondo Association, the two-day 10th Jammu District Taekwondo Championship got underway today at Indoor Complex, M A Stadium, here.
On the opening day today, competitions in lower age groups of boys and girls took place.
The detailed results: BOYS: Below 15 kg: Krishna Vindhu, Ist and Kushager Sharma, 2nd. Below 18 kg: Anirudh Bhasin, Ist and Kanav Gupta, 2nd. Below 20 kg: Raksham Gupta, Ist; Suvrat Sharma, 2nd; Ajay Kumar and Anath Sareen, joint third. Below 22 kg: Akshat Gupta, Ist; Apoorv Mehta, 2nd; Sourav Sharma and Shubit Mattoo, joint third.
