Jammu, May 28: Former MP Dharam Pal Sharma, and vice president of PCC congratulated the AICC general secretary incharge J&K affairs Prithvi Raj Chavhan for his induction in the Union Council of Ministers.
Sharma also congratulated the Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and AICC general secretary Rahul Gandhi for the victory of Congress party and the UPA in the recent elections.
