84 Bn CRPF bids farewell to its Second in Command Arvind Kumar Dixit at Tac Hq Ramban

RAMBAN, Feb 28: Arvind Kumar Dixit rendered his dedicated and distinguished services to the great Force for 40 years in which he served in Punjab, Assam, Delhi, UP, Bihar, AP, Manipur, Haryana and Jammu Kashmir, including 10 years' stint in the Elite SPG. In the 84 Bn CRPF, he served for 05 years, and contributed significantly in successful conduct of annual Amarnath Yatras, Assembly and Parliamentary Elections in Ramban District. For his impeccable services, he has, so far, been awarded 07 DG CRPF's Commendation Disc and 01 DG JKP's Commendation Disc and President's Police Medal for Meritorious Service. On the eve of his superannuation on 28 Feb 26, he was presented a Guard of Honour and a grand Cultural Evening and Bada Khana was also organized. During the event, N Ranbir Singh Commandant 84 Bn thanked the officer for his dedicated and glorious service to the Force and extended warm wishes to him and his family for a healthy, peaceful and fulfilling post retirement life.
